About Hawk-i REI

We are a husband and wife team who has invested in properties (Land, Single residential, Duplexes, Multifamily Apartments) in Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, and Alabama. For several years we did our own locating, buying and rehabbing of these properties. Last year (2008) we decided to take it to another level and use our experience to locate and wholesale properties to investors.

It is the mission of Hawk-i REI  to provide solid Real estate investment deals (properties we have under contract, or own) to Investors so that they can purchase property that best meets their needs with the assurance that they will receive the highest return on their investment. We offer investors properties that are located in stable communities  where working families live and in different states and cities (Jacksonville Fl, Mobile and Birmingham AL, Springfield/Branson MO, Little Rock ARK, and Atlanta Georgia.

It is our goal to provide investors with properties where they can realize instant equity of 30% or more. We offer these properties at 70% below ARV (This includes, cost of property, most of closing cost, repairs and our wholesaling fee). With each property we offer up to date 3 comps and in some cases an official Appraisal by a a professional Appraiser as well as an official estimate repair list by a licensed contractor. We feel this service helps the investor do their due diligence and verify the numbers we are presenting.
